Tandoor

Tandoor Se Mulakat

(Served with basmati rice)

Tandoor is a clay oven at high temperature with charcoal. All preparations cooked in the Tandoor are marinated in yogurt together with a special mild blend of fresh spices and herbs. Tandoor cooking keeps foods moist, so they are served without sauce.
